who knows about any of these courses ?

i am currently unemployed but i have formal qualification however because i have no work experience it is very difficult for me to find a job. i am now at home stressed and depressed i don’t know what to do and my mother wants me to move out ASAP so i have to find something to do fast. I came up with the idea that i need a skill therefore i am looking for a short term course in either dental assistant, healthcare assistant , teaching assistant or any other type of course that put you in a job when you complete it . i love in London so i would prefer something in London. any information that anyone can give me will be appreciated
