He is 32 and she is 23 years old.

Answer #1

Yes they are both of legal age so I’m assuming yes

Answer #2

Yeah

Answer #3

Even though at that time she is still his student, meaning that he will be teaching his wife?

Answer #4

basicly yea lol

Answer #5

Yes they can, but I personally feel like it should be in the lecturers contract that they can’t date their students

Answer #6

Yes it is in Australia especially if the student was in his class and he married her whilst she was a student or graduated from his class. The lecturer’s professionalism and credibility would be in question.

Answer #7

Legal, yes, between adults. Though it is considered unprofessional. He should ask his employer to put the student in another lecturers class. Otherwise people might assume favoritism.

Answer #8

in the united states as long as both are 18 years of age and older it is ok.it might be a little unprofessional though

Answer #9

Yes, as long as the student is not being supervised by the lecturer, the relationship is declared, and the lecturer is not marking any of the students work.
