could you practice medicine in another state

If you got med school and get a license to practice in one state can you move to another and practice medicine like a Psychiatrist

I’m pretty sure medical licenses are not state bound…

I think that you must be approved by each state’s Medical Board or Association and get a license from that state, before you can practice medicine in that state.

You could probably Google search “psychiatrist licensing requirements (state)” without the quotes or parenthesis.
