Could the Screen Make you go Blind?

EeeEk! I just heard it can cause Cancer! True? True?

I don’t know about going blind but I did eventually have to get glasses

Nah, been doing it since I was 13, still 20/20 and what they tell me I have is “night eyes” from some surgery I had when I was a toddler, according to my eye-doctor I can see 20% better at night then most people, only a 3% margin in the worlds population have it, but it also hurts my eyes more in the day, although, it’s a fair trade I believe, I can see fine in the day, and better than anyone I know in the night :)

I doubt it. you don’t go blind by watching too much TV, even if you’re “too close” On Pin & Teller BullSh*T the disproved the idea that yo ucould go blind by sitting to close to the TV screen. So I really doubt it. Itmight temp blur your visio0n to to strain but I doubt you cuold go blind.

Hmm, I don’t think you could go blind just by sitting in front of the computer screen. It’s possible that your vision could get blurry so that’s why you should be careful. But, I don’t think you’ll go blind from being in front of the computer screen too long.
