Could she have lost interest because I didnt make out?

My girlfriend just broke up with me after a about a month. She was going away (she just left) for 7 months, and she said the relationship was puting to much pressure on her with her going away. The next day she told my mate that the relationship was going nowhere and that she had lost all feelings for me. I was wondering if she had lost feelings because I took it too slow. Im shy and I never made out with her. I never got that vibe or moment that told me to go in for the hook up. I know the relationship wasnt going to work when she went away but when I look back I see all these opportunities that I may have missed to take things further. Would a girl break up with a guy because of this? Im also wondering couldn’t she have taken it further if she wanted? Im really angry with myself now, I think I took it too slow and now I’ve blown it. I wish she could have told me the truth when she broke up with me instead of telling my mate. Why couldnt she be honest.

thanks man.. that helped. I still regret not taking that risk though.. ohwell I guess ill just have to learn from this and move on. I was friends with her and went to school with her though, so surely she had some idea of what I was like. Part of it could have been my shyness. It goes away once I get to know the person though. idunno

Well a month is a short time. All girls are different so can’t really say that girls break up for that. Well it would be a problem if it’s like 5 months and haven’t kissed, but 1 month isn’t much. So I think maybe she thought you guys didn’t have anything in common, or you were different than she thought…etc. I think if making out was the problem she would have tried to make out with you.
