The average failure rate of condoms is about 3 people out of every 100.

However, this is often due to the condom splitting because it was not put on correctly. (It is important to follow the instructions with the pack. Many guys are so arrogant they dont bother to read the instructions and put them on wrongly)

However, if the condom does not split while he is inside you or leak out of the top because the guy did not put it on correctly, it is almost certain that you will not get pregnant.

YES, you can be pregnant first off you cn get pregnant at ANY time of the month at ANY time you have sex it doesnt matter if it was proteceted or not you can get pregnant because no form of birth control or contraception is 100% effective at preventing pregnancy so any time you have ex, there will be a chance also there is sperm in pre-cum and he cant control when that comes out, and you wont be able to tell when it comes out either but because you used a condom your chances are about 2% so theres not a very big chance to find out if your pregnant take a pregnancy test 2-3 weeks after you had sex (any sooner and the results won’t be accurate) in the morning with your first pee is the best time and take it when your period is due alternatively, see a doctor for a blood test this will both let you find out quicker and give you more accurate results

Yes you can get pregnant but chances are extremely low using birth control. The only thing is..your spelling and grammer is completely repulsive, maybe you should STOP having sex to prevent any chance of getting pregnant and get an education.
