Do you think I could get pregnant from this?

My boyfriend had reached into his pants and touched himself while I was with him, he said he touched the tip of his penis, but he doesn’t remember if he had cum on his fingers or not. He soon after touched my vagina he didn’t finger me just rubbed his hand over me, he said all he knew for sure was that his hands was wet from my cum. Should I get the morning after pill or wait a month to see if I miss my period? I would like to avoid an abortion as much as possible. Firstly I don’t even know if he got an of his cum in me, so thats why this is bothering me a lot. Hey ok umm dont worry because for you to be pregnant pretty much he would have had to be in you for him just touching you even if he had sperm on his hand it wont do anything to you because the sperm would have to reach the eggs which are in the ovaries and if he didnt finger you, then you are fine dont worry!
