Could conservatives please show a little more class?

I thought it was the New York Post. I don’t know if the cartoonist intended this to be racist but anyone with more than a few neurons should know that it would be interpreted this way. If nothing else the editor should have put the kibosh on that one.

I guess my first impression is that the cartoon is not referring to Obama, but to the thoughtlessness behind the stimulus plans, as if they had been written by a monkey typing randomly on a keyboard.

:) just you and me then… and my opinion of conservatives couldnt go any lower, so I’m not surprised… I wonder what the silence means… (no really, I think it’s a little odd)

By putting a monkey on there does insinuate racism. I understand the value of freedom of speech but some speech is just pointless.

Yeah, New York Times I believe was the newspaper had a cartoon where police shot a monkey, but in the captions it said I guess someone else will have to write the stimulus bill. Conservatives are saying its not about obama but the monket that was shot, but the caption clearly indicates that it was Obama. Blacks are offended and conservatives are saying its no big deal. I am really upset that many of us have become so angry at Obama that it has developed into an irational hatred.
