couch exercise>?

does anyone know any good sitting down exercises, that you can do while watching tv or something…just as a helper threw out the day when I do need to sit lol

Ya stop being lazy, turn of the tv and exercise lol J/k I am sure your prob not a couch potatoe. Try sucking your stumache in and out pressing your ribs down and holding them there for a few seconds. I dont know if that made any since but I dont know how to explain it. Also you can do simple lifting exeercise. Just take a couple of light weight dumbells and set on the edge of the couch and do arm curls. I dont know I am jsut throwing random things out

a good exerscise to do is to clench your butt for 10 seconds, then release and repeate this for as many times as you want this works the muscles in your bum and helps tone it a liitle
