How come it costs millions to make movies?

Because you have to pay the camera crew, the actors and actresses, the stuntmen and pay for all the props. Then you have to make so many copies and hope it sells well.

You have to get premits for the location and insurance will run high as well. A big budget film is sometimes no better than a small indie film, it all depends on what the public wants. If the film maker wants cars that are top of the line that will cost, if you want bombs going off that will cost and if a movie star is hot at the time that will cost. If the lines don’t come off just right that’s a loss. I hope this helps

It costs a lot of money to make movies because you need a lot of stuff to do them. Camara crew, costume designers, actors, the place where your going to make the movie, and also depending the time it takes to make that movie.
