What are some cool pranks I can do to my sister's computer, like turning her screen upside down and stuff like that?

Find a way to block some of her favorite websites, but know how to unlock them first so you don’t end up with a big problem.

change her background to a pic of the back end of an elephant. if its a desk top, unplug the mouse, keyboard, and or monitor.

Please don’t recommend that - it’s a joker virus and a cruel thing to do to a person. If you’ve already used this extremely poor advice, then you’ll need to remove it from your computer: CTRL+ALT+DELETE to open the task manager, and terminate the browser that the process is using, find and delete the program file if you downloaded it, delete all you temporary internet files and clear your cache.
