Remind your parents that summer camp is for education as well as recreation. Find out as much as you can about the camp(s) you're interested in (because each has its own distinctive program) so you can tell your parents what kinds of educational experiences you will likely have there. What skills (swimming, wilderness survival, safety, technical skills, crafts, music, leadership, cooperation, etc.) would you have an opportunity to learn at camp? Emphasize to your parents the ones that excite you most - or maybe the ones you think will excite them most. {:^)
tell them that you'll only be young once and it would be a wonderful memory to look back on when you're an adult overwhelmed with responsibility..like they are now.
u have to please them while doing that maybe u can hug or kiss them that's absolutely convince ur parents
Tell them you'll have a really good time, and you'll be out of their hair :P
Offer to re-emburse or something else in return ie:work it off....
Tell them of all the benefitss.
