What happens if a concert is outside and it rains?

I plan on going to the Foster the People concert in May at the Rumsey Playfield in NY, NY but its an outside event so i was wondering what would happen if it rains?

Most concerts play rain or shine. Foster the People wont be a good concert anyways.

This is why i dont answer things. No, i wasnt trying to be rude or degrade the band. But what ive heard is their live talent isnt that great and their crowds were always bored. But youll have a better time then them, in my opinion.

Thy usually cancell. Nickleback did. And another one too. I wen to see fall out boy, and one of the opening bands,gym class heros, cancelled, cause it waa really snowey. We all had a good laugh.

Some times the people singing get shocked by the microphones, and it hurts a little.
