Iam 35+ and working as software professioanl from past ten years. In this period I have worked for many organizations and I have never make a good career in any of the company due to lack of problems. I have never worked in any of the company for more than a year. First I will start my weaknesses. I have some problems like communication, listening and understanding,fear,shyness. I wont mingle or interact with any of my collegues. If I start working alone then it will go fine and if the same work has to be done in team then it will be flop. If there is group then I can't talk freely, and I will go fine and good to talk in individuals. If there is any problems with my senior people then I wont give any reasons, just I will be in silent only. If I say anything they wont understand. If they give or explain any task then my presence of mind will be poor. My thinking will go in different directions. I wont understand their requirements unless they tells more and more. If there are girls then I wont talk freely and if they ask anything then I will give reponses in pressure. Please tell me what I have to do for overcomming this problems. I know that if I clear this weaknesses then I make a good move in my career.
