Really it doesnt matter if you shave it, colour it, donate it. The end factor is the money goes to the charity. Thats why I dont see why you must shave if you dont want to. Either way money goes to charity. So do whatever you please.
sure if you want to, you could pick a colour that washes out as well if you like, or try a permanent hair colour…either way if you dont like it you can alsways get it fixed profesionally or dye a darker colour over it.
