College Life?

I will be graduating from high school in less than 2 months and I’m extremely nervous about college. Actually, a little bit scared. My parents have always been very strict and I have never really experienced the real world.
My question is… How is college life like?

Thanks!

You will have a lot more freedom. One thing I’ve noticed is that a lot of kids who had very strict upbringings tend to go a bit crazy when they get their first taste of freedom. Just remember that with freedom comes responsibility.

Gosh I found some great friends in college. I also learned a lot about life as well as what I learned in classes. I look back on my college days as some of the best times in my life.

College isn’t really the real world either. It is an interesting microcosm but I’ll bet you will be just as nervous when you go from college to work as you are now. Every time in life you get comfortable and feel like you have things figured out things will change. Such is life.

College life is what you make it. My boyfriend went for 2 years, hated it because it was a catholic college (He’s far from catholic) and dropped out. But he loved his professors. And his friends. He’s going back to a non-catholic college this coming August, and is pretty frackin’ excited. It’ll be a good change for you. =]]
