Answer for #1 - yes, you can. If you are going to sstart college, I strongly recommend you talk to an Academic advisor the Summer before. They can tell you what classes fulfill the basic requirements for the both majors. Basically two for one. There are TitleV, and English/ math classes that both will need to be covered, so you will be off to a good start.

Question #2 - if you are looking to go to College in Sam Fransisco, there is one that you can find on this website below: http://www.collegeinfo.com/fashion-design-degrees

You want to check the College Credentials, because I do no think that they are the typical “4 year College” - look up the credentials on the web, and compare them with other 4 year colleges to see if they hold the same high standards
