Avoid milk/dairy products… and drink 1/2 of a lemon (the juice) twice a day… morning and night. It helps rid the body of toxins and helps you recover. :-)

One way to make a stuffy nose better is with steam, Steam from a shower, a kettle(like boil water), or a cup of soup will help.
Drink a lot of tea with honey.
Also rub Vapor Rub all over your chest
