coffee stains? help me please

I started drinking coffee, probably just one cup a day. once every morning. so im wondering,

what is a good way to remove coffee stains from teeth? and also, is there a way I can prevent them? if so, how?

thank you :)

Great advice - but also try baking soda. After you brush with toothpaste, brush with baking soda. Yes, it tastes HORRIBLE but it does help to get teeth white.

I don’t think one cup a day is anything to worry about. I drink more than that and don’t have any stains. That may be partly because my oral hygiene is otherwise pretty good. Coffee through a straw would be disgusting, however I do drink other drinks through a straw, especially carbonated drinks and fruit juices which are bad for teeth. I also avoid sugary food, brush my teeth 2-3 times and use mouthwash. Oh and chewing gum after you eat or drink also helps protect teeth. All of this helps keep my teeth strong and less likely to stain meaning I can enjoy coffee and red wine without worrying too much!

If you wanna prevent coffee stains gettin on your teeth, drink it from a straw, so it doesn’t even gotta touch them . Seriously, this really works. If you wanna get the stains out, try crest white stripes, and brush your teeth with a whitening toothpaste IMMEDIATELY after drinking the coffee. If you got stains in between your teeth, take a piece of dental floss and dip it in some hydrogen peroxide, then floss your teeth ( Yes, that is 100 percent safe, I read it ina magazine). Hope my advice helped!

thanks so much :) you did help me a lot.

yes baking soda works but it ruins the protective layer of your teeth so try rinsing your mouth out with water or mouthwash aftera cup of coffee
