Coffee filter substitute

I ran out of Coffee filters and will not have time to go to the store in the morning. Is there something else I can use just for one morning?

get a wire basket. you never run out of filters and you get much more flavor and natural oils from the coffee

I’ve used a dishcloth with a paper towel on top of it, couldn’t tell the difference, and saved me the mess of cleaning all the coffee off the dish towel :P

paper towels cheesecloth dishcloth (preferrably a clean one) aluminum foil with several small holes poked through it

Just a few options…as a veteran coffee drinker, I’ve been through the whole gauntlet (now I have a re-usable coffee filter , lol)
