I don’t know any shops but you could wear black clothing and skinny jeans since that’s what the emo/goth/punk style looks like

Personally, baby cheeks is my favorite but it’s a bit more scene (if you would resort to labels) than punk or Gothic. Hope you enjoy ! And if your looking to be emo, punk or whatever just be yourself inside out. There are good accessories at well…anywhere you could go to walmart, target or even the dollar store. All you need to do is put together an outfit that stands out.
