I need to know how I can add a couple of Santa hats to a picture of my two cockaties. I want to make a christmas card but they won’t really put a hat on. can someone help me here?

aww! you have cocketeils?!!? I have one too. and an africangrey, indian ringneck, two lovebids and two budgies. our house is never quite. there are sevral pictue editing programs. one is photo shop.
