Is america ready for a female president?

I just want to her what people half to say about her in my opinon this country is not ready for a woman presadint well as long as it isnt her so rant on about her I just want to her what people think

Answer #1

There’s not enough room on this webpage for me to list all the reasons a Hillary vote would be a disaster for this country.

Answer #2

It’s sad Obama didn’t think Hillary would be an asset as VP, now once again she must give way to another woman.

Answer #3

For years we have been told ‘Hillary is the smartest woman in the world’ - that Bosnia on-film blunder definitely proves otherwise - imagine her finger on the nuclear launch button with that demonstrated recall inability…Yikes !!

Answer #4

Just read a columnist that said this: If Hillary does serve as Obama’s running mate, and Obama is elected president, the man should get double security! The word among Democratic cognoscenti is that the Clintons would stop at nothing to get back into the White House…I wonder.

Answer #5

First, learn to spell properly. It makes you seem even more ignorant to use “half” instead of “have” or spell “president” with an “I”.

The country is ready for a female president, and has been for years. Unfortunately for Hillary Clinton, the media does not believe she should be the first one. That’s why Obama’s coverage has been far more favorable until recently. It’s also partly why her campaign in recent weeks has been a near disaster. Clinton is not the media darling, and Obama is. Her being a woman only compounds her problems because she faces that criticism on top of everything else.

I certainly don’t think Clinton will win the nomination anymore, but I do salute her for her extraordinary efforts.

Answer #6

well one thing for sure is President Bush has stood his ground and showed character amiss all of the back lashing and negative publicity. If the Clintons were still in the white house he would be too busy getting his johnson sucked on instead of doing what the country elected him to do and that is run the country.

The Bible says that a woman isn’t supposed to usurp authority over a man. Usurp means to rule over or be the head of. That’s not a womans roll and contrary to what you think that dosen’t make me or God a woman hater or basher. Its just he has a different roll in life for each. It’s too bad we have ignored God’s natural law and chosen to go our own way. Oh by the way the bible says men and women are equal in their own rolls. My wife worked outside the home for the first 12 years of our marriage and for the past 13 she has been a stay at home mom. She likes depending on me to support our family while she takes care of the things at home. Our kids are home schooled and our life is great. And I have no doubt that if something happened to me she would be able to manage very well because she is a very intelligent independent woman. She learned that if she would honor God’s law she would be blessed and that folks is just the way it is she is blessed.

this world is not ready for a female president there is still WAY to much sexism in the world for a women to be president… and also with Hillery president she would screw most of us over… her views and what she would “attempt to do” (since presidents don’t actually have that much power most of the stuff they say they’ll do is just so they can get elected) would screw our country over… I am a women so I cant be called a sexist I just honestly think that is the truth.. eventually we will be ready to have a women president just hopefully its not her… so many guys think that a womens place is in the house taking care of the kids and making sure that there is food on the table when they get home.. but that is a lie women have just as much of a right to be out there working and doing more then cooking and cleaning just like a man… now im not saying any thing about the women that do decide to do that but there are alos guys that stay at home and take care of the house and the family while the mom goes off and works and that is perfectly fine and proves that women and men can play the same role in socity

Answer #8

justsearching you need to not try and interpret the bible to your own thoughts. Their were few women meantioned in it. A roll of a mother is to lead, nurture and teach a child how to become independent to be able to make it on their own. To take care of a household and make sure all is done to keep it a home. That son is called a leader. Both men and women have lead roles in a family. After all Mary was chosen to hold the most important role of all…wasn’t she?

I honestly believe America is ready for a female President. America is ready to accept change. It is tired of the same ol’ same ol’. It has been proven from Jdubya that Alpha Dogs make poor leaders. Ego gets in the way. I’m not saying it can’t use a man for President. I’m just saying this good ol’ boy image of a President isn’t going to cut it anymore. We need a President that can sympathize with all Americans. We are no longer 3 classes rich, middle class, and poor. We need our country’s best interest taken into consideration. Not worrying about what other countries need. (No I don’t mean just let them fend for themselves). Most women treat all her children the same. She can love them all the same and yet knows the different needs they have. Most and notice I put most and not all, men have preferences. They show show a favorite. They also are quick to turn their backs. I have noticed Hillary trying to play more of a male roll in this election process. I wish she would have just showed her feminine side. I guess she figured she would come acrossed as being weak if she did. Most people put her down for staying with Bill after the cigar issue. I commend her. It takes a stronger woman to stay in a marriage and work things out then it does to quickly divorce. After all the vow of the union is for better or worse, through sickness and health yada yada. Most people are to quick to give up. To walk away and start over. Life is not easy. Things do not always go your way. There are always things their to test your will and strength. It showed me she is a fighter and not easy to walk away from problems.

Answer #9

tman354… personally I dont think we need menopause in the white house… I’m going Obama all the way.

Answer #10

R you serious, what kind of question is that? I think the country is ready but not her. I think john mcain should be president.

Answer #11

Very well said Butterfly. See we can agree…

And Justsearching, the only character Bush has showed is that of a ignorant, lying, murdering, sob. I’ll take Clinton’s picadillos over that any day.

Answer #12

“There’s not enough room on this webpage for me to list all the reasons a Hillary vote would be a disaster for this country.”

There is not enough room on this webspace for me to list all the reasons how the Bush administration HAS been a disaster for this country.

Ready… Set… Gooo…

Answer #13

“imagine her finger on the nuclear launch button with that demonstrated recall inability…Yikes !!”

LOL…yeah, the Religious Right has latched onto that one like a pack of hyenas, forgetting that the last eight years we haven’t really shown the world we put the best and brightest in the White House.

Answer #14

Imagine that old coot McCain trying to recall nuke codes. He wouldn’t remember who side he is on? He might bomb DC. Joe Lieberman might have to move into the white house so he can whisper in McCain’s ear to remind him which one.

Answer #15

THE CLINTONS are THE SH*T iluv bill and shes cool I want her to be president and not sum muslim that hates white people thats just retarded WOO

Answer #16

Are you seriously going to discriminate against her because she’s a woman? And moreover, why isn’t the country ready? Here’s the thing tman, maybe America is ready, but YOU’RE not. Or are you just one of those people who believe that government is a place for men?

p.s. I’m not a Hilary supporter, I don’t think any of the candidates are fit to be president.

Answer #17

This is a seriously insulting question in many ways. First off, the sexism you present is off the wall. Why isn’t America ready for a woman? I don’t like Hilary AT ALL but that’s not because of what she has or hasn’t got under her skirt. Second, if you’re going to use the English language, use it properly. Your grammar insults the intelligence of the rest of mankind.

Answer #18

jimahl…lol I knew we would on something eventually, and Thank you.
