How do I clean weed out of my system at home?
I have to agree with 11k11 on this one...and I smoke to so I feel I can offer some real advice. Just don't do it. If you need to clean out cause are looking for a new job or because you are dealing with probation, whatever it is...is worth more then going without weed for sometime. Get plenty of water everyday and your urine should be clear and you should probably be urinating at least every 2-4 hours. Don't smoke for a month I would guess, though this varies very much on how much you use and for how long have you been using it. You can also buy a home test kit from your local drug store for 20 dollars or so. Get some extra exercise to...this is a great way of breaking down and rebuilding your cells.
Your best way is to not put it in your system. Find other ways of dealing with why you smoke it. If it makes you relax then maybe you need some anxiety medication. I have seen to many lives get ruined by that drug. Good luck...
