You can get toothpaste(has to be white no blue or red with it like colgate) and work it in and leave it for a few minutes then wipe it off. i usually do this it does reduce the small scratches and it does work for the majority of my CD’s :)

btw when you rub it start from the centre outwards don’t do it in a circular motion like spokes in a bicycle wheel :D

you could wipe it with peroxide. my lil bro does that with his video games:)
