How can I clean my hand that's inside a cast?

So I broke my left wrist and it’ll be in a cast for like another month.. It’s totally freaking me out that I can’t wash that arm! I don’t want to eat because I feel like the dirt from my arm is gonna get in my food, I can’t sleep with my arm anywhere near my face and I just feel SO disgusting. I have mild germaphobia so that doesn’t really help. So is there any way I can clean inside the cast??

My cousin used to take a pencil and wrap a baby wipe around it and tape it to the pencil at the end then slide it inside the cast to clean her arm…she was germaphobe too.

instead of using a baby wipe though, you may want to use an alcohol swap. It will be more effective at killing the bugs!
