Chunky Thighs

I have a bit off a prob… See I love to go running, like I go every evening after school and the results show! My top half is a 6-8 on a good day but my legs are after getting really chunky and short looking from all the running, like there a size 12… I don’t know what to do, I love going running but I’m so down over my legs there so outta proportion… Is there any way to like tone them down or lose the muscle???

Have a relaxing bath and masarge it,,

Dont put much weight on it

girl I think its really cool that your sooo into running ! and I think you dont need to do anything…better rock hard thighs then a chunky stomach !…

STRETCH WELL after excercising. When you excercise you shorten your muscles which in short causes you to gain muscles and then by stretching you actually lengthen those muscles and won’t get big muscles…it should also help you tone them down a bit…
