Chubby cheeks?

How can I get rid of my chubby cheeks because I want a more defined look you know like that makes your face look good I don’t know how to describe it but I want to have my cheeks like getting toned down a bit like this guy —>

Hey I have the same problem! I’m pretty thin and so loosing weight wouldn’t work. But if you don’t mind loosing a bit of weight then this might be one way to loose weight on your cheeks. DO NOT do mouth/cheek/face exercises to try get them more defined…it just tones the muscles and makes it worse! Also make sure you drink plenty of water. Apperently if you avoid water retention (your body storing water due to not drinking enough) then your face will not be “bloated” and will therfore appear more defined. I think detox diets also help a bit because they kind of work on the whole water retention and get rid of toxins thing. Hope this helped! There’s pretty much nothing to do on this one which is a bummer! But remember…as you get older your face should naturally thin out. x

That is mostly genetics and partly health. Facial muscles can be affected by health and your tendencies to make facial expressions. People in poorer health may have a “sunken” look to their cheeks, but starving yourself for the sake of the “look” of your cheeks would be ludicrous. You can practice faces in the mirror daily to affect your cheeks slightly, but your most likely never going to go from “chubby” to “defined” without the genes to do so or plastic surgery.
