Christian Rap
What is your opinion about Christian Rap or Holy Hip Hop or Gospel Rap, considering the negative messages that secular rap is notorious for sending out especially to our kids. Can we trust that because the lyrics are positive , we can embrace it? if so to what level?
I have never heard of this, at least not to my knowledge. But, if thats what people enjoy, and they receive what is trying to be sent,then I think its ok

I really enjoy christian rap! I love Toby Mac :) and some of his songs are just hardcore! as long as it pours out a positive message and your kids are able to relate to the lyrics, then it shouldn’t harm them!
Rap to me does not send a negative message in anyway from as morbid as necro to the hardcore sticky fingaz or the any rapper in that matter. Rappers if you listen properly are just getting stuff off of there chest or just getting there voice across. where as people just take it as a bad message. there is no good or evil out there thinking makes it so. An if you like hardcore hip-hop but also like hearing about god listen to krs-one “the sneak attack 2000”
