Chiropractor question from a teen!

If you sprain your ankle and go to a chiropractor, what do they do to you? I’m going on Monday and I don’t know anything about these things.

What on earth does an ankle sprain and a chiropractor have to do with one another? Isn’t that like going to a proctologist for a runny nose?
