Chicken Kiev cooking?

Can shop bought Chicken Kievs be cooked from frozen?! When they were bought they weren’t frozen, but they were put in our home freezer. I plan on cooking them in the oven. Oh and also they’re still in their black plastic tray and clear plastic seal but they cardboard wrapping that had all the food details on it is long gone so I cannot refer to it! :/

If it’s raw chicken, you should defrost them first or you’ll run into the trouble of the outside burning before the inside cooks.

If it’s cooked chicken, then you can cook it from frozen…say, 350F for at least a half an hour (depending on size).
