its just an opinion. some ppl think it taste better cold others think melted, so there isnt really a reason why. it is what it is.
because its become warmer and u can smell it,so smelling a tasty thing cause feeling better to eat it ..

because when u melt the cheese u can smell it very better,it cause to ur brain that is very tasty,so when u eat that u really enjoy it,since smelling cause s.th taste better,so it makes cheese more delisious
