Cheerleader what do you have to do?

When youre a cheerleader, do you have to do a lot of physical workouts as being part of the squad? if so, what do you have to do exactly?

Yea you have a lot to do it just depends on what kinda coach you have our coach wants us to be a really good squad so she has us to run bleachers, run 15 min, magic21, suicide, like a bunch of toetouches and a lot of perfections so if you wanna be a cheerleader try working on some of those things:) hope get it girl

well you have to do cardio and fitness at my school, running, push ups, squats, leg lifts, and it 6 days a week for 4 hours, but we won at state

I was a cheerleader for 4 years I didn’t have to do workouts but I know some squads do have you work out.

lots of running. :) curl-ups and push-ups. leg-lifts. bear walks.

but it’s so worth it.
