What chat room site is popular and safer?

Many chat rooms are popular, but if I’m being completely honest, they all have the strong potential of being ‘unsafe’. It doesn’t matter where you go online, any time you share your information with someone you don’t know you’re put yourself at risk. I don’t really think there’s a ‘safe’ zone on the internet, or a certain place where you’re really that much ‘safer’. Any person can lie online, any person can have malicious intentions while seeming completely normal at the same time.

chat rooms are no different from any social environment, what one person enjoys, may be disliked by another.

i think, like a pair of shoes, you just need to try different ones out, and see which one fits you best.

and safe, don’t fall into any disillusion that any social environment is ‘safe’, you should always be careful about what info you give out, be cautious about what people tell you too.. there are some, hmmm colorful? characters out there!
