character monologue??
I have got to perform a solo character monologue without notes soon. do you think 830-ish words is too many? it has to be 3 -5 mins long. should I make it longer or shorter or leave it as it is? the only thing im worried about is it being too long that I cant remember it… or over 5 mins!

Test it out, practice it and time yourself to see how long it will be. If it’s too long or too short, then you can adjust it and try again. Obviously, the shorter it is the easier it will be to remember. But don’t forget that when you’re performing something in front of a class or audience you usually rush through it so it might be shorter when you actually perform it. Good luck!
