y do hte questions I ask usally chane the topics on there own??? its annoying!!!

When you post a question, there is an automatic filing system that tries to file the question under the category that seems to best suit it. That’s why it’s important to be specific with your question titles.

I recently heard that one reason is that there is a program on this site that scans for key words in a question, and that the question might get re-assigned because of that. (Also an advisor can re-route it.) However, unless the question gets put into (or out of) one of two categories, everyone will still see it if they are watching the general questions.
