hi, I am doing my 2nd year UG in engineering in india and I am not able to cope up with the course.is it possible for me to discontinue my engineering and join 1st year in arts and science or in any other course.please tell

I am not familiar with Indian University. Is there a counselor or someone at the school you can speak with about it? If possible, talk to your counselor or advisor. They should be able to work with you so you are not so overwhelmed.
