Cinnamon Chocolate Souffle: Serves: 4 A little melted butter and caster sugar for coating the souffle dish 75g (2 1/2 oz) plain chocolate 1 tablespoon milk 50g (2 oz) butter 40g (1 1/2 oz) plain flour 300ml milk 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 5 eggs, seperated into yolks and whites 2 tablespoons of caster sugar how to make it: 1.Preheat over to 200 degrees. 2.Grease an 8 inch souffle dish with melted butter and dust with sugar.

  1. Put 1 tablespoon of milk and the chocolate in a heat-proof bowl and melt over hot boiling water. Set aside. 4.Melt butter in a saucepan over gentle heat, then add the flour all at once; mix well and remove from the heat. 5.Add milk into flour mixture a little at a time, stirring constantly until the mixture forms a creamy paste. 6.Add melted chocolate, cinnamon and all five egg yolks. Mix well and set aside. 7.Whisk five egg whites and add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time. Keep whisking until egg whites look like foamy bubbles. 8.Slowly add whisked egg whites into chocolate mixture. Pour into souffle dish and bake for 20 minutes. 9.Serve immediately. it serves 4 people and takes 30 minutes total to make. if you go through the website i went on it gives you a whole list of challenging dishes, there’s sweets, breads and regular food dishes like pizza and they seem good!

These are some international baking desserts and here are some unusual yet dilicious baking desserts just look them up on youtube or a trusted google siteto get their recipies. make sure they’re safe recipies. and make sure people have commented on the recipies to make sure people have liked it and tested it out. ;) here they are: Puto (rice cake, philippines), Cuchinta (sweet jellylike cake, philippines), Pizzelle cookies (vanilla cookies shape of snowflakes,italian), Apple Cake (cake made of apples, greek), Egg Tarts (a tiny cake kinda like a custard, chineese), whoopie pies, mooncake, Mexican wedding cakes.

mooncake has lard in it, which is not my term for delicious, but i do already have a recipe for whoopie pies and have never made them before so maybe i’ll try that out. thanks.
