okay, don’t call it sharingan, but you’re able to see more things than you see now… Anyway, you can focus energy to your eyes by visualizing… you can only control it and use it by visualizing… so sit down, clear your thought, close your eyes… and think that you can see your eyes, and there’s a blue fog around them, and think that, you open your eyes slowly, and they’re red, and you see the moments, and so on… that’s all you need to do first… but you need to meditating every day…and meditation not 3 minutes, don’t forget… at least 10 minutes first, then you can go up with the time… Any question , just Fun Mail me
