Answer #1

I don’t know for sure how to rid of cellulite…but I’m thinking excercise, like toning… lifting weights.. anything to tighten the skin could possibly work! It’s worth a try!

Answer #2

Cocoa butter will help with the stretchmarks. Cellulite can be remedied by losing weight and also by massaging the places where it appears to be “cottage Cheese”. Also brushing the cellulite with a hair brush helps.. it breaks up the “clumps” of fat

Answer #3

Stretch marks can be reduces naturally over time, but in the uk there is a product called Palmers Cocoa Lotion which helps to reduce the colouring of stretch marks, also look on the baby/maternity section, they do a cream/lotion for mothers. I bought some for my son when he got stretch marks due to weight lifting. Stretch marks are associated with the elasticity of our skin, so as we grow we either get them or we don’t. You don’t even have to be over weight to have stretch marks. Not sure about celllite, will have to look that one up. Got plenty of it myself.

Answer #4

Cellulite is a condition in which the skin appears to have areas with underlying fat deposits, giving it a dimpled, bumpy appearance. It usually occurs after puberty…The only sure ways to prevent cellulite are: Eat a healthy diet that maximizes protein and healthy fats, and limits sugar. Do cardio. Lift weights–muscle tone hardens the skin’s appearance. Wear loose underwear, thongs, or go commando. Don’t smoke–cellulite is more common in smokers. You can know more about it at
