Caught peeing along the road
I a am meds that make me pee with urgency.I was traveling on a country road and had this real urge to go so I pulled over and peed I kept myself well covered as I peed by the car door opened you couldn’t see anything only if you look under the car for a split second you might see the pee stream coming from underneath the car.well the police came by and arrested me the only way they could tell I was peeing was the wet spot on the ground.I tried to explain about my meds they just said we have heard it all and handed me a citation.my friends say I should fight it .should I???

The main reason you get arrested for doing that is because of indecent exposure and defacing public property. You’ll be told that you should keep an empty bottle in your car for just such emergencies.
The courts have no mercy when it comes to simple situations like this - they’re not about to start setting precedents for people on medication.
