A client of me bought a cars using my credit and after we deliver the cars to mexico he stop the payments in hide the cars, now the bank is suit me …!
I do not what to do, the guy change his address phone # and my family is very scare that I can go jail.
It’s hard enough to sue someone in another county over small claims, let alone sue them across international borders…Since it’s car, the chances are it’s worth more than small claims court will allow, anyhow…Contact an attorney, and see if there is some protocol for this.

Sounds like he scammed you. Take him to small claims court, or sue his butt off. You should be able to find him, I am betting he didn’t change his name over this…
You can’t go to jail for simply owing a debt. Take this as a lesson. Never let anyone use your credit to purchase something that you don’t have control over. As to the lender, try to work out a payment arrangement with them and hope that you can eventually locate the individual and the car so that you can recoup some of your loss.
