How do I know if he really cares?

We have been talking chat for few months kinda long distance but I really care about him and he seems to really care. He says things like he really likes me cause I am grounded and special that am not like most women he is use to and that I am so sweet and he cannot resist me etc…He has slowly started to open up more about himself also, but has said things like I am safe and fun. Do you think he cares sincerely?

Nope not yet and actually he does have an on and off gf but says he is not fulfilled and I can tell he is not happy she has cheated and I think possibly does cheat and hurts him. I feel he deserves better. He seems good and hard worker, etc…

Off and on gf? Ah.. don’t play with that kinda fire. Either she’s his gf or not. He should make up his mind before dragging you into it.
