Car accident

My fiance and I were in a car accident but there is a no contact order between us with the courts and he left before the cops came but im afraid they might find out because he went to the hospital and told them about the crash not thinking and they may have repoted it. I told the police that there was no one with me at the time of the crash. Can I get into trouble for a false polic report?? And he gets or probation oct 4 2009 can he get into trouble after hes off??? Please I need some help to relax my mind. Im 17 and hes 18

Why weren’t you honest with the police that he was there? What did you think would happen? I doubt the hospital is going to go out of its way to make a police report, but they probably do have on record what your fiance said (or at least that his injuries were caused by a collision). If the police go out of their way to contact the hospital and try to find out they possibly could figure it out, but it’s a long shot and there is really no reason for them to do that. They don’t just go investigating all the local hospitals when there has been a collision to see if anyone else was involved. If witnesses saw somebody else with you and reported that against you saying you were alone, then perhaps they would look into it further. With what I know, it seems they have no reason to look into your collision at all. You made the report, and that’s probably the end of it for them.

why did your fiancee left? did you hit someone? how did the accident happened? you need to tell us the details of the accident so that we can advice you easily on what you need to do.
