Cant remember programme name!!

Hey I’ve been wantin to know the name of this programme its been really annoyin me it was late 90’s I think when I watched it like 1997 or sumthin but it had a bear and a wee girl in it. The wee girl wore dungerees and had a ribbon in her hair, I think the bear was un sociable and the girl helped him and taught him

The bear wasnt a teddy bear or that and it wasnt nythin like rupert or care bears or paddington bear I think it was an an english programme but I am not suree

I think it was maybe puppets or play dough or sumfin maybe I don’t think it was cartoon or real people actin
