Cant figure this guy out please help

Riight, this is kinda long, A Year ago I set eeyes on this guy and I new he was the one for me . We used to talk all the time on here, and he proper cared for me, and because he’s brother was at my schooland I wasmates with him im really close to his parents well. anyways this guy used to sayon MSN that he’d date me when im 16 about a year ago he said that, And I re added him on MSN About 4 months ago. and said about me and him, and he said I should just move on and find someone nearer to my own age, I asked him why he said he’ll date me when im 16, and he said because he thought id of moved on by than and got a boyfriend, lol. so I asked him if he had any feelings for me and he said not as a girlfriend no. soo Later and a few days later he was all like, what you want for yout 16th and I said a hug so he was all like ok ull get a hug of me, come to mine, and ill treate ya, ull get a big hug.. And thann a few weeks he goes im still not sure if I should make you my girlfriend when your 16 so I was like o.o and he goes you gota prove ya worth it I was like o.o anyways now it been like 2 months, and were just been talking and he doesnt seem much intreasted in me now, he doesnt say any of the sstuff he used to. sometime hes all chatty, and sometimes all I get is a kk’ or o.o answer. but he said he had work to do once so I was like ye well just get on with ya work then and he was like *pokes so I went wa you want? and he went hi and I went just get on with ya work uve got work to do. and he was like o.o so I went nite love ya, and he goes night so I went bye and he went love ya:P so I was like O>O and that was that, but sometimes he talks to me all the time and acts really intreatsed and than sometime he just goes way of and give me plain answers like ‘kk’lol’o.o stuff like that I dont know what to think of it. when I hang outside his work. I always see him looking at me .. I dunt no if he likes me or not!! or if he wants to be with me or not!! where he has said he has and he has said he hasnt. its really confussing
