so you’d rather wait until it’s a horrible infection and you might almost die and have to pay a lot more $$$ to fix than now when it’s a simple check up and antibiotic?

There are women’s clinics out there that will help you with payments.

ok well the 24th I started to bleed.. I got scared and went to the hospital but it stopped when I got there.. the doctor said it was a threatened miscarriage.. then I started bleeding again on the 28th and I have been bleeding since.. its not heavy bleeding or anything… 2 days before that I went to the hospital and lied and told them I had cramps to find out how far along I was… both times they put a catheter in , an , I’ve and took lots of blood from me… I was tired and dissapionted so thats why I didnt go to the hospital when I started having the pains.. I should of but I didnt… I do really want a baby but im just always negative.. because it seems like its never gunna go right for me… I get so excited and happy and then I end up miscarrying.. it sucks and thats why I didnt go to the hospital.. because I new what they were gunna say and I didnt want to be dissapionted even more…I was to hurt and upset to go sit in a hospital for hrs for them to tell me what I already know happen.. and when I had the first miscarriage they just gave me some pain killers and sent me home… so I didnt see why I should go to the hospital this second time.. they probably were just gunna do the same thing…

Well you should go to the doctor. It doesn’t really matter how tired you are of being ‘poked with needles and stuff’- if you aren’t ready for the necessary medical consequences, you shouldn’t be having unprotected sex and trying to conceive a baby.

That being said, yes, it’s possible for your breasts to hurt after a miscarriage. Your body has to rid itself of the pregnancy hormone, and until it does that, things will feel much as they did before hand. If you haven’t confirmed your miscarriage, you need to do so immediately. If not for your unborn baby, at least for yourself. There can be complications when tissue isn’t removed completely.

Answer #4

Understood…it’s unfortunate that not everyone has OHIP like we do :(

Chances are, if you’re still bleeding, or bled for a few days at least, that your body is cleaned out. As for your breasts hurting, it can take several days for the hormone to leave your body.

Just pay attention to how you’re feeling…if you start to feel tired, sick, or feverish, you have to see the doctor.

Answer #5

They need to know that this happened, because if your body didn’t completely expel everything, you may need a D and C, and if that’s the case, you could end up with serious infection that would absolutely terminate any chance of you ever getting pregnant.

It warrants a checkup, at the very least.

It’s not about what they’re going to do or say, it’s about making sure you’ve been properly cared for.

well 1st of all how far along are u?? and if you are still pg and bleeding that could be a clear sign of misscarrying. and you are only going to hurt urself even more if you dont have urself checked for it,when I had my 2nd misscarriage I nearly bled to death. so you need to go take care of this problem before its too late. seriouslly dont be stupid.

Answer #7

Answer #8

yes thats true but I dont have health insurance or medicaid and I cant afford to go to a doctor there costs are outrageous so I dont know what to do..

Answer #9

If you’re tired of being poked with needles now, then maybe getting pregnant isn’t a good idea for you - it gets worse.

Go to the doctor and get checked…it’s important.

Answer #10

you need to see a doctor, you could risk having a really bad infection.
