Can you still go to prom if you do correspondence?

I have been wondering about prom and correspondence. I wanted to know if someone who does correspondence can still go to their prom. Wouldn’t it be wrong for someone to not be allowed to go to their prom, especially if they had to do correspondence for important reasons. Anyways, know one knows the answer. Do you?

im not sure, but if you can’t, then you could have your own ‘prom’ sort of party. where everyone could get dressed up beautiful and you could have a parent or family friend take photos and you could have wine and cheese etc and dance all night. it would be fun and a good compromise if everything else didnt work out.
