Of course you can. There are tons of famous spokes people for Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, etc, that have done the whole “before & after” photos of them losing tons of weight.

Anyone can lose weight at any point, you just need to eat, healthy, natural foods, lean meats, veggies, whole grains, fruits, legumes, nuts and seeds, in smaller portions. And you need to exercise 3-4 times a weeks for at least 30-60 minutes! Cutting out sugar and high fuctose corn syrup products, alone, will help you lose alot of weight. Even with small changes you can lose 2-3 pounds a week and keep it off.
