Can you get pregnant a week after your period?

Women are the most fertile right after ending their cycle. Meaning the next couple of days to weeks following your period are the most essential in order to conceive. You are very fertile after finishing the last day/days of your period and up until about two weeks after that. There are home fertilization kits that you can buy at your local drug stores like Walgreens or Wal-mart that will help you time your ovulation (when you are ovulating, timing the days you cycle, etc) and hopefully, it will help you get pregnant. I used one with my husband to help conceive our first child after 8 months of trying (the regular way, lol) and now my daughter is turning 4 this year, so it helped me to get pregnant and worked for us.
